Gurgaon: Three men have been arrested for allegedly killing restaurant owners in Patudi on October 8, Gurgaon police said on Monday.
The murder was a fall between two groups who tried to dominate the logistics business from leading e-commerce companies, they said.
Crime lasts around 9 am when Mahendra and Ajit – the owner of the restaurant ‘Dheeraj Ji’ – talks with their employees.
Mahendra also has a truck fleet attached to a warehouse of an e-commerce company in Pataudi.
At that time, the Duo driver, Amit, got an unknown man in that place.
The man, who claimed to be a labor contractor from the e-commerce company’s warehouse, said he wanted brothers to use his workers to load and dismantle items from their trucks.
When the brothers refused, said they had their own workers for the job, an argument broke out between the two parties.
The person then left the restaurant.
After half an hour, he returned to the other five places.
One of the accused of slapping Mahendra while the others began to shoot indiscriminately.
One of the bullets hit Mahendra’s foot while two bullets hit ajit in his stomach and hand.
Immediately, restaurant employees rushed to the place when the defendant drove.
Ajit and Mahendra were taken to the hospital.
Ajit gave up on his injury.
All incidents were arrested on CCTV cameras installed in the restaurant.
The 17-sectoral crime unit led by Inspector Narendra Chouhan said three accused – Rohit (22), Jitender alias Jeetu (26) and Ajay alias GOLDY (22) – Arrested from Farukhnagar on Sunday.
Accused of others being in process.
Rohit and Jitender came from Khandelwal village while Ajay came from Jatoli in Patudi.
