Varanasi: took action on viral videos that showed youth regarding sub-inspectors in the Saiyyedraja Police Station in Chandauli, police arrested the accusation of Shailendra Pratap Singh from PT Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Nagar (Mughalari) on Friday.
A pine was submitted against him on Sunday night.
The Jai Prakash Yadav, who was affected by the young man during a fight with several bearers of the Bhartiya Party Party office in the Saiyedraja police station on September 28, and three police officers were also suspended by Chandauli SP Amit Kumar on Friday on charges of worsening of the police picture.
As many as three fir it has been filed from both parties in this case.
SP Chandauli said that on September 28, one Vishal Madheshiya, Saiyyedraja vice president of the BJP Division Unit, had come to the police station regarding the issue of land disputes between two people with the same area.
When the police asked Madheshiya to speak in a low voice, he had a fight with the police including the JAI Prakash Yadav, Constable-Krishna Kumar Singh, Satalok Chauhan and Shailendra Yadav, he said.
“This police behavior insults the image of the police is therefore suspended.
Further investigation in this case continues,” said SP Amit Kumar.
During the same episode, where the old voltage drama took place at the Saiyedraja Police Station in the presence of Anil Kumar Rai and BJP District Head and other office carriers, Shailendra hit the SI and handled it with a Casteist statement.
ASP Chandauli Dayaram Saroj said that to hit the SI, accused Shailendra Pratap Singh had been arrested.
A FIR was submitted against it under section 323, 332, 353, 504 and 506 IPC.
Before the arrest of Shailendra, Rai said, one pine against four suspended policemen was submitted down on 323 and 307 IPCs on Madheshiya complaints on September 28 while in the complaint of the other FIR submitted against Madheshiya under section 332, 353, 504 and 506 IPC.
Investigation in all of these cases is underway, he added.
