108-ft the Mahadeshwara statue in MM Hills near completion

MySuru: Working on the construction of the statue of Tuan as high as 108 feet Mahadeshwara in Deepadagiri Vaddu on the MM Hill in Chamarajanagar Regency is in full swing.
Mahadeshwara Swamy Hills Development Authority is building a concrete statue at the Line of God Shiva at the Murudeshwara Temple in Uttara Kannada Regency and the Basavanna Basavakalayan statue in Bidar.
The Mahadeshwara statue project requires Rs 20 Crore costs and tends to be a tourist attraction.
This project began last year at 41 hectares.
The 108-foot high statue includes a 24-foot mountain replica.
Authority is developing a two-story museum where stories related to local people’s heroes MAHADESHWARA will be told.
It has also started work to develop a garden, the people of the people and amphitheater on the site.
District Minister then Dr.
HS Mahadevaprasad has launched a project in 2016.
Approval was taken after submitting an action plan to the government.
A committee led by a fortune teller will complete the literature and idols that will be displayed in the museum such as the cave that appears on the site, the authorities said.
A Bengaluru-based agent that bagged the project has completed more than 50% of civil works such as 24-foot cave construction such as a mountain where a 108-foot high statue of Mahadeshwara will be built using cement and steel stems.
Secretary of the Development Authority of Hills MM Jayavibhavaswamy told TII that this project is expected to be completed at the end of October-November this year because the work is accelerated.
