Jaipur: Police on Tuesday arrested 11 accused in six different cases to grab 24 cellphones and lift three e-rickshaws.
DCP (North), Paris Deshmukh said that the defendants were all drug addicts and arrested by Vidhyadhar Nagar, Bhatti Basti, Gate Galta, Ramgri Nagar, Brahmpi.
