Bengaluru: Karnataka on Monday recorded a little panties in Covid-19 fresh cases at 11,698 and 4 deaths, took the calculation to 30,63,656 and the death toll became 38,374.
The state has witnessed a stable wave in case since December last week and has reported 12,000 cases everyday on Sundays.
From new cases on Monday, 9,221 came from Bengaluru Urban who saw 829 people being repatriated and two deaths.
The total number of active cases throughout the country is now 60,148.
There were 1,148 release, taking the total recovery to 29.65.105, the Bulletin Health Department said.
While the level of participation for that day was established at 7.77 percent, the case mortality rate (CFR) was 0.03 percent.
Of the four deaths, two came from Bengaluru Urban and each of mysuru and Ramanagara.
Apart from Bengaluru Urban, MySuru recorded the second high of 309 new cases, Manda 306, Udupi 219, Dakshina Kannada 176, Hassan 171, followed by others.
The Bengaluru Urban District now has a total of 13.08,540 positive cases, followed by Mysuru 1,81,639 and Tumakuru 1,21,919.
According to the bulletin, Bengaluru Urban sustained a list of disposal by 12,43,155, followed by MySuru 1.77,872 and tumakuru 1,20,206.
Cumulatively, a total of 5,78,34,154 samples were tested in the state, where 1,50,479 was tested on Monday.
