Thiruvananthapuram: The country witnessed 15,951 positive cases of 1,03,484 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The test level of the test is 15.41%.
The state also recorded the death of 165 Covid, took the victim to 24,604.
At the same time, 17,658 patients had recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 15,191 cases have been infected through local deployment.
The contact source of infection cannot be traced to 617.
Ernakulam reported the highest number of cases with 2,572, followed by Thiruvananthapuram (1,861), Thrissur (1,855), Kozhikod (1,379), Malappuram (1,211) and Palackad (1.008).
The current total active case is 1.63.280, where 12.1% of people are accepted either in hospitals or other care centers.
There are 4,74,901 people currently observing in various districts, where 4.53,119 are in their homes or institutional quarantine centers, and 21,782 in isolation in hospitals.
As per the weekly infection population ratio, 841 wards in 422 local bodies have more than 10% WIPR.
