Thiruvananthapuram: The country witnessed 16,671 positive cases of 1,14,627 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The test level of test is 14.54%.
The state also recorded 120 Covid deaths, took the death toll related to 24,249.
At the same time, 14,242 patients had recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 15,794 cases have been infected through local deployment.
Infection contact sources cannot be traced for 692.
Ernakulam reported the highest number of 2,500 cases, followed by ThiruvananThapuram (1,801), thrissur (1,801), Kozhikod (1,303), Kottayam (1,117), Kottayam (1,117)), Palakkad (1,081), alappuzha (949), Kannur (890), Pathanamthitta (849), Wayanad (661), Idukki (486), and Kasaragod (283).
The current total active case is 1.65,154, where 12.2% of people are accepted both in hospitals or other care centers.
There are 4,73,920 people currently observing in various districts, where 4.51,893 are in their homes or institutional quarantine centers, and 22,027 in isolation in hospitals.
As per the weekly infection population ratio, 841 wards in 422 local bodies have more than 10% WIPR.
