2 died because humans moved the car to the Bhadra canal

Chikkamagaluru: Two people died when a family of four drove their car to the Bhadra Canal at MC Halli in a suicide offer in Chikkamagaluru Regency on Thursday.
Manjunath, a resident of Girinagar in Bengaluru and his mother Sunandamam, Neetu’s wife and Son Dhyan were on our way to Bengaluru on Thursday morning around 2am at the time of the incident.
The wife of Manjunath comes from Jedikte Bhadravathi Taluk in Shivamogga.
They have visited Mrs.
Neetu’s house in Bhadravati on Tuesday.
Manjunath, upset because of financial problems, sent whatsapp messages to his brother’s son and said he had decided to end his life.
Family members panicked and called him to convince the plan, but he told them that his family fell asleep in the car and that he would continue the plan.
A few minutes later, Manjunath shared the location somewhere near the catere and turned off the phone.
Furthermore, family members told the police.
When the car fell to the canal, Neetu opened the car door to pull out with his son sitting next to him.
Dhyan and Nearu swim back to a safe place with the help of locals, but the car was washed away.
Police Tarner told the fire personnel and rescue, which reached the place around 5am.
Chikkamagaluru SP Akshay MH visits the place and monitors rescue operations.
Manjunath, 40 bodies, and Sunandamma, 65, recovered around 4pm on Thursday.
“We don’t know the reason behind the incident.
We cannot record the statement of the wife and family members of Manjunath at this time.
We will investigate this case,” SP told Ti.
