Guwahati: Police Assam arrested two Nigerian citizens along with 20 RUC suspected of being cocaine, as part of the crackdown against drugs, at Guwahati train station on Saturday night.
Based on confidential information, Guwahati City Police Team, was led by police commissioners with Partha Mahanta, launching operations and damaging the supply chain of international drugs.
But it was recognized as a citizen of Nigeria who lived in India with the help of fake documents.
They have been identified as Emmanuel Enuma Dike and Ifeanyi Charles Okuaakaj.
When the police examined their documents, they found that Okuaakaj did not have a valid visa.
Both have been arrested, and investigations have begun to track their partners.
The second was arrested after receiving specific information about two suspects traveling at Rajdhani Express from Delhi to Guwahati.
This operation starts based on input, and both are tracked.
When the police searched them, they found 20 RUMS suspect cocaine.
They should take a consignment to Shillong.
