Rajkot: The owner of the allowance shop and food stall owner killed on the issue of payment by their customers in two separate incidents reported from Morbi and Veraval.
In the village of Morbi Makansar, 29-year-old Shekhva Gulab was forged on November 18 by six people from the family because they both refused to pay Paan Masala.
The police said that Shekhva had heated up the argument with Hasu Vaghora and his cousin Suresh when they refused to pay.
Brawl happened and then the duo left.
Then, they came with their family members Mohan Vaghora, Kanta Vaghora, Chuni Vaghora and Rakesh Vaghora with swords and pipes.
The six defeated shekhva mercilessly and when his brother Jayesh and Sunil Parmar’s friend intervened, they were also reflected.
Trio was taken to a private hospital where Shekhva gave up during treatment on Monday night.
“Previously we had booked all accused of efforts to kill and arrest Mohan and Hasu.
We will now add to the murder part of the original firmly against them,” said a police officer.
In another incident, Jatin Banda (30) was stabbed on Monday night by a customer named Sanjay Kotiya.
Kotiya has Chinese food at the banda warung near the Kharvavad commercial building in Veraval.
After eating, Kotiya and Bandya have heated up the argument for payment.
“During the fight, Kotiya took out a knife and stabbed the victim several times on his chest,” Inspector D D D Parmar from the Veraval police station.
Bandya rushed to the hospital but he was declared dead before entering.
Police said that Banda survived by a wife and two children.
