2 Thrash Youth ‘because of playing hard music’

Greater Noida: A 27-year-old man allegedly hit by two people who lived in his neighborhood for playing loud music in his shop.
Police said Ramveer Bhati, who owned an inverse osmosis plant (RO), was attacked by a duo for professional competition and delayed disputes.
Ramveer is a relative of a local BJP politician and he is also the Vice President of BKU-Balraj, local farmer clothing.
On Monday, Ramve stood outside his house at around 9:30 p.m.
when the defendant – Vijendra Bhati and Rajendra Bhati – allegedly arrived there and objected to playing loud music in his shop.
The duo began beating him when Ramveer did not comply with their requests, said Santosh Kumar Shukla, Senior Sub-Inspector of the Surajpur Police Station.
In the incident video that has become a viral, Ramveer can be seen struggling to get up from the ground even when the defendant continued to raise him, one of them blew him while the others continued to attack with the stick.
Ramveer can be seen stuck in a small drain in place, her clothes are terbuak.
A spectator, Ghanshyam, who troubled the incident was allegedly attacked too.
The Ramveer family accused him of being beaten for a disundant dispute with the duo who was previously imprisoned.
Naveen Bhati’s Ramveer brother told Ti that the hard music theory floated by the police.
“Ramveer suffered an injury to his head and returned,” he said.
Meanwhile, Police Surajpur said that the victim had exaggerated his injury.
“The report about CT scans and X-rays at the District Hospital in Nithari is fine,” Shukla said.
The police had ordered the defendant under the IPC part 323 (punishment because voluntarily caused pain).
“They fled but efforts to outperform them,” said a police officer.
