Chandigarh: Punjab Police have reports on the Antidrug Stf Head Adgp Harpreet Singh Sidhu, submitted to the High Court in February 2018, as the basis of the FIR registered on Monday night.
Sidhu has found proof of quite a prime facie in the record to investigate the participation of the Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia on charges of involvement in drug trafficking.
The 34-page report, is now reproduced in the FIR against Majithia, reading: “Analyzing all statements together, it is clear that SH Bikram Singh Majithia has a role in facilitating the supply of pseudoephedrine to Satpreet @ Satta and Parminder Singh @ pindi.
He asked Jagjit Singh Chahal to directly Supplying pseudoephedrine to the people above and also through Maninder Singh Aulakh @ Bittu Aulakh.
