Chennai: After the head of Head M K Stalin inaugurated the vaccination camp in the Government Girl Middle School in Satapet, at least 3.32 teenagers Lakh in the age group 15-18 received a Covaxin shot.
In addition, one adult Lakh took a vaccine.
Most children are given vaccines in their schools by urban and village health nurses in front of doctors inherent in cellular school units, health volunteers, and teachers.
Some parents took their children to a private hospital.
“We have completed almost 10% of today’s target.
