Haveri: Three, including two children, died of an accident near Suttakote Village on Tuesday.
The deceased was Prakash, 48, a teacher from Soraba Taluk from the Shivamogga district, who drove a car, Shalini, 10, and his sister Yashoda, 8, from the village of Appinakoppa in Hirerakur.
Prakash lost control of the car and hit the children sitting on their farmland, and then crashed into a tree.
Prakash died in place.
Children surrendered to injury at Ranebennur Hospital.
