3 farms foster marijuana raid on Dahod

Vadodara: Special Operations Group (SOG) Dahod police dug the plantation of marijuana on three village farms near Randhikpur.
The plantation is said to be worth more than Rs 2.74 Crore.
According to the police, the search operation was carried out in Handi Village on Thursday after being revealed that large-scale marijuana agriculture was being carried out in the village.
The police focused on Vikram Machhar’s agriculture where cannabis plants were planted between cotton cultivation.
Similar cultivation is being carried out on the nearest farm owned by Himmat Machhar and Sarthan Machhar.
The police began testing plants and weighing on Thursday and the process ended on Friday morning.
As many as 539.4kg cannabis plants were planted on Vikram’s agriculture, 1,890.5kg on Himmat and 315.5kg agriculture on Sarthan Agriculture.
Overall, 2,318 plants weighed 2,745.4kg were found during raids by the police.
The savings gloves are worth more than Rs 2.74crore.
While Vikram was arrested by police, Himmat and Sarthan managed to escape.
