Mumbai: Three people have been arrested for allegedly having Methaqualone worth RS 16.10 Crore in the Antop Hill area in Mumbai, police said on Thursday.
Based on the tip-off, the 1 branch of Mumbai police crime intercourse was accused of being accused at SMD Road in Antop Hill on Wednesday night, an official said.
When looking for the bag they have, the team found 16,100 kg of methaqualone, worth around RS 16.10 Crore, he said.
A FIR has been registered with the trio under the relevant parts of narcotics and psychotropic substances (NDPS), the official said, adding that further investigation was underway.
