Garland: Three people were killed and a quarter who was seriously injured in the shooting at the dallas area, the police said.
The shooting took place Sunday night on the outskirts of Dallas Garland and was arrested on the supervision video, the Garland Police Department said.
According to the police, a man came out of a white pick-up truck, entered the store and fired a shot.
The man then returned to the truck and took off, police said.
Four people were hit by a shot, and three were said to die at the scene, police said.
Fourth taken to hospital in critical conditions.
Their name has not been released.
The police are still looking for shooters.
Shooters wear baseball caps, blue surgical masks and dark athletic shorts.
He did not wear a shirt, police said.
