Vadodara: Three candidates are in a commotion for a seat representing unions in the University Senate M S.
The selection for seats will be the first to be held on December 4, followed by a contest for several other seats that stretch for the next two months.
On Friday, the name of the three candidates was declared valid after the surveillance while one nomination was rejected.
Three contestants including Gajendra Bhatt, Naeem Sheikh and Vipin Patel.
Polling for 14 seats in the registered graduate category will be held on December 19, followed for the Professor category in category 20 and December teachers (other than Professors) on December 29.
After that, the poll for the chair representing the donor category will be held on January 5, followed by a poll for school teacher representatives on January 13 next year.
