New Delhi: Relaxation, restrictions or prohibition of any activity in the capital will now match the “color code” response response home (wine) approved exactly a month ago for Covid-19 management.
The Delhi government will issue a daily bulletin in the morning and evening with respect to the warning rate.
There are four color-coded warnings under wine, yellow, yellow, orange and red based on three parameters, including the level of participants for two consecutive days, the cumulative amount of the new Covid-19 case and occupancy of oxygenated beds on average for seven days.
In commands issued on Sunday, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) directs that as soon as one of the three parameters reaches the specified warning rate, “warning order” will be issued and permissions and restrictions determined at this level will be operational automatically .
Regarding domestic and interstate trips, orders will be issued separately based on the situation to impose limitations.
DDMA has directed all the authorities to take the necessary actions to ensure compliance with rules in their respective regions.
The yellow warning will take effect if the level of prospitution is more than 0.5% for two consecutive days, there are 1,500 new cases or 500 beds occupied by seven days.
At this level, shops will open on a strange base and one weekly market per zone will operate, while the cinema, gymnasium, etc.
will be closed and the night is forced.
The red warning will take effect when the level of participants remain more than 5% for two consecutive days, there are 16,000 new cases or 3,000 beds occupied for seven days.
At this level, most activities will be prohibited and only important services are permitted.
The Secretary of the Additional Chief of the Delhi Government (Health) has been entrusted with the task of broadcasting the warning rate every day in the morning and evening.
All district judges, DCPS and other authorities must ensure that the warning is immediately disseminated widely.
The main secretary (education) and secretary (higher education) must ensure that the guidelines on the warning level are disseminated among students.
DDMA has also directed all district level officials to disseminate guidelines in their respective regions and ensure the public knows the reasons behind the restrictions on economic activities so they obey voluntarily.
All DM has been instructed to interact with RWA, market associations, mall associations, bar associations and other bodies in their districts to circulate information about grap.
