Pune: The Directorate of Basic Education State has directed all schools in Maharashtra to complete 25% quota receipts under the RIGHT Law on September 30 for the academic year 2022-23.
Director of basic education, Dinkar Temkar, issued instructions to schools after this year’s prolonged process brought until December.
Temkar said that students face academic losses due to the delay in receipt.

“We have instructed the school that even if there were empty seats after September 30, the reception should not be continued and stopped at that place,” Temkar said.
For two years, the receipt process has been going on until December-January led to the main academic loss for students who received entering in the last round.
According to instructions released by the Directorate of Education, the Lottery will only be withdrawn at the beginning of the round and school receipt will be given a list of applications that will wait if the reception of the lottery is not fulfilled.
Applicants will be given a fixed period of time to confirm their acceptance and if they fail to confirm in the given deadline, the application from the waiting list will send a text message to the registered cellphone number.
