Panaji: 31-year-old foreigners were raped by two people at the bar and restaurant in Siolim in North Goa.
The police said the incident took place on December 18.
The police said the survivors had gone for dinner at the bar and restaurant.
When he went to the restroom, the two defendants took him into the toilet and raped him.
After the incident was revealed, the Panaji women’s police station enrolled the case and arrested the two defendants, Rakesh Thapa and Muskan Pradhan.
Police said further investigation was taking place.
