Vadodara: A total of 56 schools from Malaysia, Singapore and UAE other than domestic participating in the city-based Navfest X Navfest X Navrachana, the unique global interschool competition ended on Tuesday.
While Essar International School, a letter lifted the entire championship trophy, a Harri-based Delhi public school from the city appeared as a champion.
This event was conceptualized, planned and fully executed by Navrachana students.
The Fest theme is ‘Kingdom Clash’.
It includes a broad spectrum of competitive events throughout science, history, technology, visual arts, performing arts, art and trading languages.
Students have the opportunity to examine the increase and fall of the kingdom of the world, evolution and their implications for the current world.
“Children need to learn the main life skills such as interpersonal skills, collaboration, communication, critical thinking and leadership skills to prepare for the future where they will become leaders and decision makers,” said School Principal Suprabha Menon.
“Extraordinary concept and execution fully by students, guided by our teachers validate our education philosophy.
This is a type of education considered in the NEP 2020,” said Tejal Amin, Chair of the Navrachana Educational Society Executive.
