Secunderabad: Health officials continued the warning after six hostel inmates at the Institute of Speech and heard Ali Yavar Jung Jung (Ayjnishd) (Divyangjan) in Manovikas Nagar in Bowenpally at the Secunderabad Cantonment tested positively.
Ayjnishd’s responsible assistant director, Prasad’s Day, said: “Six audiologists, who live in hostels in place, and began to show symptoms of Covid-19 isolated, and preventive measures were being taken.” He said, “We reminded the medical and health department, who tested 130 people, where six returned positive.” Meanwhile, SCB officials made arrangements for sanitation and detention zones because the Covid case was on the rise back.
“Three tankers will be employed from personal owners for sanitation.
The capacity of each tanker is 5,000 liters and we have enough sodium hypochlorite stock for sanitation.
Our sanitation workers also clean the area using the hand pump spray system in all colonies and slums,” SCB senior Supervisor (SWM), M told TII.
