Ghandigarh: Charanjit Minister Charajit Singh Channi is likely to brew half a dozen new faces while five ministers who are part of Amarinder Singh-LED-government is expected to be dropped from the cabinet.
With a list of ministers for the diffinized new cabinet, Charanjit Minister Singh Channi on Saturday met the Governor of Banwarilal Purohit in Raj Bhavan at around 12:30 a.m., and after the meeting announced that the expansion of the Punjab cabinet would be held tomorrow at Raj Bhawan, at 4:30 a.m.
His meeting with the governor came only a few hours after he returned from Delhi, where he had the final round of the cabinet formation talking to the party’s top orders.
