There are no legal problems and order in MySuru City: Somashekar

MySuru: District Minister S Somashekar confirmed that there were no legal problems and order in Mysuru City.
He defended the police of Mysuru City.
“The police have acted quickly after rape was reported.
There are no weaknesses on their side,” he told the media on Thursday.
He said the Chairman of the Minister of Balasavaraj Bommai has discussed with the Interior Minister Araga Jnanendra about this case, and has directed the DGP Praveen Sood to solve the case.
DGP has assigned ADGP C H Pratap Reddy.
“The police have some clues, which I cannot discuss openly,” he said.
The Minister acknowledged that the public perception of the city of the city of Mysuru dented, which called for a course correction.
“After Adgp submitted his report to the Department of House, the Interior Minister Araga Jnanendra will discuss changes that must be done to the city police and acting the same,” he said.
Meanwhile, KPCC spokesman M Lakshmana told the media that serious criminal incidents often occur, threatening tourism in the city.
“MySuru is one of the main tourist attractions in India.
The local economy depends on tourism, which is now facing threats due to an increase in crime rates,” he said.
He alleged that there was a lack of coordination between the city of Mysuru City and the district minister.
