Tirupur: Corporation City has decided to increase the steps of animal birth control after a video that shows the flood of wild dogs Mauling a six-year-old boy in Sangilipallam in Therku Thottam goes viral on Friday.

The boy, who suffered a bite injury in five places including thighs, shoulders and behind, was undergoing treatment in the government of Tirupur RSUD.
He will be stored in the hospital for three days for observation, a doctor said.
After the CCTV footage showed a viral attack on social media, South Tirupur police and City Corporation officials contacted him, Ramasamy told TII.
“They have promised to take the necessary actions.
Six dogs have roamed in the area for the past few months.
They live on the nearest farming land and enter the road occasionally.
I heard that there was a similar incident a year ago.
We have moved to this place only a year Last and had raised the problem of dog threats with corporate officials several times.
But there was no action taken.
“A corporate official promised to make wild dogs away from the residential area.
“We will increase animal birth control activities and conduct a dog population survey,” he said.
