Hyderabad: With a target of one crore more vaccinations to do in the next 25 days, the health team throughout the country has hit a plan to invest everyone for 18 years.
The country has given two crore vaccine shots and the target one crore has been repaired again.
In the Adilabad District, Kemta Patnaik collector, who has visited vaccination centers, said on Friday the aim was to have a 100% vaccine coverage for people who qualified.
He urged them who had not been vaccinated to go to the nearest center to be invested.
“We have achieved a two-crore vaccination target and the next target is to reach three crores.
This is planned to be achieved throughout the state in the next 20-25 days,” he said.
Similarly, Karameddy District collector Jiteshv Patil said vaccination camps must be held in villages and home-to-home surveys to be carried out to check whether those who qualified for vaccination have taken it.
He said in the city area, as a way of encouragement, members of the environmental council will be ordered if the 100% vaccination is reached in their ward.
According to Nagarurna District officials, 99% of teachers have been vaccinated.
