Ahmedabad: Next time you are planning a trip to Sabarmati Riverfront, Kankaria Lakefront or Zoo, remember to keep your Covid Vaccination Certificate (physical or digital).

The rules will take effect since September 20, Monday.
The announcement came on Friday, when Gujarat and Ahmedabad recorded the highest vaccination in a day.
Civic’s body officials said that this step was to give a boost to the ongoing vaccination drive against Covid.
By moving, Ahmedabad will be among the first cities in India to make mandatory vaccinations access the facilities, services and buildings managed by the civil body.
According to official records, more than 85% of eligible populations of Ahmedabad City have had at least one vaccination shot, and more than 33% have obtained these two doses.
