Mumbai Court has provided guarantees to Raj Kundra, Husband actress Bollywood Shilpa Shetty, in the case of pornography at a guarantee of Rs 50,000.
According to the latest updates, the businessman is expected to walk out of prison on Tuesday morning around 10:30 a.m.
This happened after the employer on Saturday moved the guarantee application in court, claiming that he was being made “scapegoats” and that there was no single evidence in the additional cost sheet he was actively involved in the creation of alleged content that was questioned.
The crime branch, investigating this case, recently submitted additional costs for Kundrra and the other three in this case related to alleged creation of pornographic films and published them through several applications.
Kundra, was arrested on July 19 after being ordered in the relevant IPC section and information technology law.
Since then he spent two months in court detention.

In guarantee, he claimed that there was no one proof because the date with the prosecution would connect the ‘HotShots’ application with a violation under the law.
In accordance with the investigation body, this application is used by Kundrra and his colleagues to upload and drain obscene content.
Plea Bail also said that there was no single allegation in all additional costs for Kundra that he was actively involved in any video shooting.

Further claimed that Kundrra was involved in this case.
He was not mentioned in FIR and he had been dragged by the police.
The investigation has so far clearly indicated that Kundra was not involved in violations even in the most remote way to create alleged “questionable content”.
Furthermore, he was not even related to the process of uploading or broadcasting the alleged content questioned, the defense guarantee added.
