Coimbatore: A tiger was found dead at Koothamundi North Beat of Sirumugai Forest Range in the Forest Division of Coimbatore on Monday night.
The carcass of the tiger was discovered by the frontline staff patrol team at Koothamandi North Beat.
The team warned of district forest officers t k ashok kumar.
Ashok Kumar, Sukumar Forest Veterinary Officer and frontline staff went to Forest Reserve on Tuesday.
DFO says postmortem will be carried out on the carcass.
