Haveri: Mining rentals that are widely awaited (ML) for ‘Gajur Gold Mining’ have been rejected by the Workers Government.
Deccan Private Limited (DESP) exploration services should explore gold mining in 72 hectares of land in Ganajur Village near Haveri.
However, the Ministry of the Mining has clarified that there is no choice to provide mining leases below Section 10a (2) (b) of the 1957 ACT MMRD, amendment 2021.
Now, despl must participate in open auctions and bid to get a composite license to explore the gold in Ganajur.
The Mines Mines has quoted many reasons to reject proposals as a violation of the norm and delay in making decisions by the state government.
But the company has started legal battles against the government and trade unions to get mining rentals.
According to a letter from the Ministry of the Mining, the Despl application is premature for mining rental grants without setting mineralization in accordance with the Guidelines for the Classification of the Nations (UNPC) such as on the charging date.
The company has not carried out prospect operations according to the UPC norm on the application date of the application.
Despl has also directed it late 53 days exclusively three months permitted as an outer boundary for submission of ML applications.
But, Despl has denied this allegation.
It was said they had followed the guidelines prescribed by the Ministry of Mine.
However, the state government (in 2017) has ignored this problem.
“We have worked to find minerals in Ganajur for the past 15 years.
In addition, we have participated in government guidelines to get ML, but we are suffering because of the state of the state government.
We are confident to get justice.
We have submitted a request for writing in court Height and hope it will enforce our position, “Sharadchandra Rao said, technical director, Despl.
Despl Project RS 350 Crore has been waiting for ‘letter intent (LOI) for the past 10 years to start mining in Ganajur.
The company advanced to invest RS 350 Crore during the Mega Investor meeting in 2010 during the BJP government in the state.
The company has spent 60 crore rs for exploration, testing and assessment of gold in the proposed region.
The company has identified 72 hectares of land and deposited Rs 6.8 Crore with Kidb as the initial number for land acquisition.
People hope it will create more than 500 jobs.
The Despl company must participate in open auctions and offers to get composite licenses to explore gold in Ganajur
