New Delhi: Requesting rarely used forces, national consumer disputes, the Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has given the term three-year prison to the Managing Director of Supertech for violations given before that.

Kapoor earlier told the Commission that while developers continue to offer claiming ownership certificate of completion will be issued immediately, customers have been waiting for and is not compensated.
