New Delhi: Requesting rarely used forces, national consumer disputes, the Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has given the term three-year prison to the Managing Director of Supertech for violations given before that.
“Given the direction of the direction and respect its own commitment, we punish the company MD, according to strength below section 27 of the consumer protection law, for three years in prison and the problem of arrest,” consumer panel directed.
As the last occasion, the viswanath and R s R Maurya bench said the term prison would take effect a week starting September 20 if Supertech did not deposit money.
As soon as the verdict on Monday, the developer moved the Delhi High Court, which refused to disturb or fixed orders.

MD Mohit Arora failed to appear in front of the panel even though NCDRC ordered that he remained at each trial until the money set by the Commission to the abused flat owner was not returned.
Previously, Arora came before the Commission in response to a warrant that was responded to was issued against it in April this year due to failure to give ownership to buyers with a villa in sector 17a from the Longway Industrial Development Region Yamuna.
Compensation for delays is also not paid.
Arora has committed that the builder will provide a villa within 60 days and “on this guarantee”, the Commission canceled the previous warrant.
Despite winning compensation at the 9% interest rate, Greater Noida Resident, Kanwal Batra failed to get money or property booked in the “Upcountry” project offered by Builder in December 2013 at a cost of around Rs 1.03 Crore, which has been promised by the builder in August 2014 .
Kapoor earlier told the Commission that while developers continue to offer claiming ownership certificate of completion will be issued immediately, customers have been waiting for and is not compensated.
