Greater Noida: The integrated industrial Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) has launched an open plot scheme after companies in Korea, Taiwan, China and Japan show interest in investing in the city.
In the scheme, 19 plots – ranging from 18.602 square meters to 54,602 square meters – offered.
The application for planned cities, zero-waste that will come along the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor will be available from September 24 to October 16.
The rationing process will begin in October itself.
“Five large companies, including Haier Electronics, Formi Mobile, Infotainment Satkriti, Chenfeng Tech, and J World Electronics, have established their plants in this city.
These companies invest more than Rs 3,700 Crore and will provide work to around 10,000 young men.
Therefore, we have drawn this open scheme and expect great investment in this region, “said CEO Gnida Narendra Bhoohan.
The application for plots that come between the 1st to 15 each month will be opened on the 16th of the month while the application falls between 16 and 30 will be opened on the 1st of the following month.
The application for this plot can be done on the IITGNL website (http://www.iitgnl.com).
Applicants can register by registering on the e-Land land management system on the website.
They must pay Rs 25,000 as the number of registration along with 10% of the total cost of the plot.
The rationing process will be completed in a month and ownership will be given as fast as 30% of the total costs paid.
IITGNL was developed as a smart city with a plug-and-play basis to encourage industrial growth, where each entrepreneur can start working by preparing a factory immediately.
This automatic waste factory feature (installed) where waste from each plot will reach the treatment plant through the pipe and will be processed into compost.
In addition, the city has a working-to-cycle concept.
Furthermore, except for drinking water, the remaining water requirements of the city will be filled with water treated from 137 MLD STP in Kasna.
Other facilities include 24-hour electricity, LED lights, CCTV coverage, integrated control room built with advanced ICT technology that will be set to monitor all of these city services.
