Nagpur: MBA Calants from Maharashtra has complained about some differences in the questions raised in a CET (CET) test conducted by CET Country cells.
According to them, the test was conducted for acceptance to various management universities throughout the state have failed to follow the previous years because many questions “of course”.
The Association of Maharashtra (MSWA) student welfare hurts a letter to the Minister of Higher Education and Technical Minister Uday Samant who asked him to immediately institutionalize the investigation and make a favorable decision for students.
President MSWA Vaibhav Edke warns the government to approach the Bombay High Court to seek justice for students, which is said to be made unnecessary because it is not necessary.
Joint Director for Technical Education at Nagpur Manoj Daigavhane declined to comment while transferring all questions to CET cell officials.
“All the responsibilities of carrying out the entrance examination and the centralized receipt process are seen by CET,” he told TI.
According to students who flood social media with their complaints, CET MAH MBA is usually done in March every year but because of the Pandemic Covid-19 outbreak, delayed six months.
It was held on September 16, and 18 in six slots where more than 1.32 Lakh candidates appeared.
In accordance with the pattern mentioned in the exam brochure, the candidates should be tested on questions related to logical reasoning (75 signs), abstract reasoning (25 signs), quantitative talent (50 marks), and reading skills (50 signs).
Each of these parts has Mark’s questions.
However, students said the pattern was not followed in several slots, “because they were asked 50 questions in logical reasons while the part that brought 50 signs had more than 90 questions”.
Over the years, the four parts used separately are provided in question papers, but this year is kidnapped into one section.
“Many questions are ambiguous and out-of-syllabus.
Some questions exist in subjects such as chemistry and general knowledge.
According to the test pattern, some questions like in parts and puzzles are asked in certain formats where they are exchanged together.
This year, however , some of us accept these questions randomly lead to total confusion, “said students.
According to them, they have prepared themselves for this test throughout their graduation year with the aim of getting a good college seat.
“However, with such vibrations in the test, our dreams have been destroyed.
We are preparing for today, according to the mock test and planned strategy accordingly.
Some of us have even left work to focus on this exam.
Now we have lost all expectations, “They said.
