Police to declare a duo accused of being absconders

Vadodara: Duo accused of raping a 24-year-old law student can be declared immediately absconders.
The police have initiated their declaring process as absconders, a step that will help the police in attaching the second properties accused.
“We will soon approach the court to declare it as absconders.
After they are considered entskonders, we can attach their property,” said a senior police officer.
The police have formed several teams to track Ashok Jain, a rental accountant and Raju Bhatt who were booked on September 19 for raping the girl.
“We were on their way and hoped to immediately arrest them,” said D Chauhan, ACP (crime).
Police said that there was no duo that escaped from the country.
Both Jain and Bhatt were lost after FIR was filed against them at the Gotri Police Station.
This case is then transferred to a crime that has questioned relatives and friends accused of getting their existence.
Police said that they would also attach the nature of Alpesh Vadhwani aka Alpu Sindhi who fled in a case of prohibitions.
Alpesh is a friend of a girl who has filed a complaint of rape.
The girl told the police that she had joined the CA Jain company for internship a few months ago.
He and Bhatt raped him and also threatened him with terrible consequences.
Jain has written a letter to Gujarat DGP and other police officials who claimed that he was innocent and the accusation of rape against him was wrong.
