Thiruvananthapuram: This is an open dissatisfaction season in the Kerala Congress unit but those who know say that it won’t go beyond a lot of noise and some anger.
The reason: High Command Congress in Delhi wants the old guard is absent and rampant factionalism is neutralized, and for that purpose will be willing to hold with the KPCC K Sudhakaran president who is rather unsatisfied and authoritarian style.
From Chandy and Ramesh Chennithala’s ommen to V M Sudheer and Mullapally Ramachandran, the dissatisfied leader lineup involved opposed Sudhakanan and opposition leader V D Sathean but the high command remained not moved.
This is the reason why even when two senior leaders such as Chandy and Chennithala issued new leadership openly, high commands asked for state leadership to solve their problems locally.
For Chandy and Chennithala’s Chagrin, no emissary AICC was sent to patch differences.
The leaders were contacted only by the Secretary General of AICC Tariq Anwar against whom Chandy and Ramesh had submitted a serious charge that he danced in a tone of Sudhakaran and Satheani.
“There are no questions about changing guards at the party again.
Sudhakanan is fine by leading the party.
The problem raised by senior leaders is being considered very important,” Anwar said.
In fact, the main concern of dissatisfied leaders is their access to high commands has been very limited.
The state leaders cannot reach Rahul Gandhi, lately, going with anything that advises the Venugopal Secretary of UICC.
Meanwhile, Sudhakaran and Sathean, scheduled to reach Delhi to discuss with high command on the appointment of the new KPCC office carrier, on Tuesday delaying their journey.
It seems that Rahul Gandhi will visit Kerala on Wednesday and Anwar will be far from Delhi and will return only on 2.
October because the assembly session starts here on October 4, the leaders have decided to visit New Delhi only in the second week in the second week of October .
