Kolkata: Police on Tuesday arrested eight people after a fight between Trinamool and BJP supporters around the former Head of BJP Dilip Ghosh near the Jadubabu Bazar on the last day of the campaign for Bhowaniipore.
The arrest was made at Suo Moto FIR submitted by police Bhowanipore for the assembly who violated the law, riots with arms and weapons, voluntarily cause criminal injuries and intimidation.
