Kalyan: Kalyan Session Court on Wednesday rejected the Anticipatory Guarantee Applicant from the former BJP Corporator Sandip Gaikar company in the case of persecution.
Gaikar, which is ex BJP Corporator from Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) was ordered on September 15 for persecuting Sena Shiv workers.
He had approached the local Bazarpeth police officer, accusing the Gaikar used to send obscene messages on his cellphone.
In his complaint, the victim claimed that Gaikar demanded sexual assistance from him and when he refused, he threatened him to defile him on social media, and also threatened to attack him with acid.
After the incident, Gaikar, who was running, had approached the Kalyan session court for anticipatory guarantee.
