Noida: Underpasses between sectors 51 and 72, which have missed several deadlines, is likely to be opened next month.
This is among the six projects expected by the Noida Authority to be inaugurated in mid-October.
Projects, which are estimated to cost Rs 183.7 Crore in total, including underpasses, an indoor stadium in Sarfabad, Green Park in Sector 117 and the entrance gate in Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and between sectors 157 and 159.
Industrial sector development 145, 151 and 158 are also likely to be completed in October.
While most projects have been attached to their schedule, some like underpasses have missed several deadlines.
“The six of these projects will be sent in mid-October.
Together, they will cost Rs 183.7 Crore.

Of the six projects that will be ready, the most awaited are underpass at the intersection of the sector 51-72.
Six lanes, 780m underpass, which have missed three deadlines, is “99% finish”, officials said.

“Underpass has a cost of Rs 59 Crore.
After ready, it will facilitate the movement of signal-free traffic from the Noida City Metro station to the extension of Noida and Ghaziabad.

The indoor stadium in Sarfabad will reach 9,300 square meters and at a cost of Rs 54.1 Crore.

Two entrance gates will also appear in Noida Expressway and between sectors 157 and 159.
Both of these gates are turned on at the cost of Rs 6.6 Crore.
