Lucknow: After ordering the dismissal of police officers accused of being involved in criminal violations, CM Yogi Adityanath directed the authorities to filter all personnel at the station and police circle.
Maintaining a high-level meeting, cm directed to prepare a corrupt police list by forming two separate committees under the leadership of the Director General of Police, Devendra Singh Chauhan intelligence, and additional DG, Law and Order, Kumar Prashant.
Based on reports submitted by two committees, the government will take tight action against the wrong police.
The committee was formed based on intelligence leadership DG will have law and order and Secretary of ADG, home as a member.
This committee will filter officers in the rank of supervisor of the police and police deputy supervisors.
Likewise, the second committee led by ADG (L & O) will deliver police level inspectors and sub-inspectors.
In this committee, the establishment of the ADG and the Secretary of the House will be a member.
These committees will give their reports after examining the police posted in the same district for three years and if they have all kinds of charges against them.
Yogi instructed the police to improve his style.
“The police rise are the largest civilian police in the country and have also given extraordinary efficiency examples on several occasions,” Yogi was observed.
“But there were complaints from several police involved in illegal activities.
Recently, some senior officers have been dismissed from service for their mistakes and many police have been suspended,” CM said.
He said that “not a single police officer” involved in corruption must remain part of the police and identify giving a list along with evidence, “he added.
