Prayagraj: Convocacy Allahabad University (AU) will be held on November 8 where students contributed from the 2018-19 and 2019-2020 academic sessions will be a given medal.
Previously, this event was proposed to be held on September 23 but was postponed by the Varsity Administration a few days before the date due to several changes in the Governor’s program, which is also the chancellor of the Head of the Central University.
“We will hold our meeting on November 8, and the United States for Education Dharmendra Pradhan will be the main guest,” said Au Vice-Chancellor Prof.
Sangita Srivastava.
The university has made all preparations for meetings where around 304 students will be awarded a medal.
In addition, 550 students will be awarded the PhD in the ceremony.
Medals will be given to 133 girl students in total at the meeting.
According to the medal list, released on the university’s official website, 146 merit medals will be given for 2018-19 academic sessions.
Of these, 66 medals will be given to female students.
For the 2019-20 academic session, a total of 158 medals must be given to the merchant students.
Of this number, 67 female students will be given a medal.
“The lyrics of Gulzar will be given at the honor rate of Dlitt at the convocation ceremony.
The famous poet has given its approval to attend the ceremony even though the AU is still awaiting approval from the ministry to provide an honorary title.

In addition, special guests in their functions will be the Chair of the Grants University (UGC) Commission Prof.

This function will also be attended by AU Chancellor Ashish Chauhan and Chief Chancellor and Governor of Anandiben Patel.
Pro added that the Dronacharya award for Teachers and Meghnad Saha Award for the Best Research Bachelor will also be given at the convocation ceremony.
Apart from this, around 550 students will be given a PhD title.
