Jalandhar: Minister of Punjab and Singh Pargate Education have alleged that the decision to delay the procurement of rice is the result of the conspiracy between BJP and former Chair of the Captain Amarinder Singh, who will launch a new party of Janata Party Bharatiya (BJP).
He claimed that Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) was also part of a conspiracy.
“The letter to postpone the procurement was taken a day after Amarinder called Amit Shah.
This is a clear offer to harass Punjab farmers and with implications also to create problems for the Punjab government,” he said on Saturday, after a group of Agricultural Union members began protests demanding the initial procurement when He was at the house of the circuit.
“There is also the possibility of drama by Amarinder by taking problems and the central government started the procurement so he could claim credit while launching his party,” Pargates said when talking to Ti.

Amarinder has proven that he actually works as BJP CM while sitting in Congress.
We have said that he colluded with the Union Government and his recent actions have proven it,” Pargates said.
“Previously, BJP, Badal and Amarinder colluded and the same package functions now to harass Punjab farmers because of their political interests,” he thought.
