T’puram: State police have registered a case against two people who have produced orders on behalf of President of RAM Nath Kovind aimed at the Kerala Transport Development Finance Corporation (KTDFC) CMD B Ashok, ordered the KTDFC to restore the property document it was guaranteed by it and returned money Rs 1.27 Crore that he has paid to the corporation.
On the basis of complaints from Ashok to DGP Anil Kant, the Museum police registered a complaint under the IPC 465, 468, 471 and 34.
“We have registered the case mentioned in complaints.
Detailed probes will be carried out and further action will follow,” Commissioner said Balram Kumar City Police Upadhyaya.
The IPC 465, 468 and 471 section deals with forgery, making fake records and use it for fraudulent purposes that will invite prison for up to seven years.
In his petition, Ashok has said that two individuals, Saleem M Kabeer, MD of GrandTech builders and developers in the capital, and PPM Ashraf, are responsible for forged documents constituted on behalf of the president, which is obtained in supporting the builder.
In accordance with the complaint, Kabeer, who utilizes a loan of Rs 10 Crore from the KTDFC, produces documents and claims it as a decree issued by the Presidential Secretariat.
The document said that until the direction meets, the KTDFC should not start actions against the company or securities, and if the action is taken, the President will use the doctrine of pleasure to the KTDFC implementing director.
