Patna: The son of a local Congress leader was stabbed to death because of the alleged relationship with his married cousin Rani Choubey (31) in Hirpur Village under the Brahmapur police station in Buxar District.
His body was partially decomposed by the legs tied and several stab wounds were found floating on the Dharmavati River on the outskirts of Hirpur on Tuesday morning.
The late, Bipin Bihari Ojha (32), is the son of the leader of the Prabhu Dutt Ojha Congress, who is also the Chair of the Pacs Deokuli Panchayat under the Area of the Brahmapur Police Station in Buxar.
Bipin lost on October 2.
His father has submitted a kidnapping case against unknown people on the same day.
Buxar SP Neeraj Kumar Singh said the woman was Aunt Bipin’s niece.
“Rani who had called Bipin by telephone to his parents’ house in Hirpur in October 2.
He got there on a bicycle.
He was stabbed to death in five minutes to reach there.
Her husband Ravi Mishra (35) and brothers Rani Ajay Choubey (22 ) And Vijay Choubey (19) then brought the body and threw it into the river.
They bury the bicycle on the canal nearby, “he said.
SP said Ajay and Vijay were arrested on Tuesday.
They claimed to have killed Bipin and also helped the police find his body and bicycle.
Ms.
Rani is being interrogated.
Her husband Bipin Ravi and his father Kanahiya Chouboreywere escaped.
Ravi is a police officer in Chhattishgarh, he said.
Neeraj said Bipin and Rani had an affair since the day before their wedding.
Singh said Rani married in 2014 and Bipin five years ago.
“However, their relationship continued even after marriage.
The woman’s family, including her husband, had found it and used to oppose their relationship.
Family members tried to solve the connection but failed after that they thought they were suspected of killing him with Rani’s help,” he said.
He said forensic experts had been spaced to check the house where Bipin was killed.
