New Delhi: Party Bharatiya Janata (BJP) MP Manoj Tiwari will start ‘Chhat Yatra’ to interact with people from the Purvanchali community from Delhi – most people from Bihar and East Uttar Pradesh – and collect their opinions about celebrating the Puja Chhath in place general.
