Vadodara: The court session denied guarantees to Kiran Solanki alias Bodiyo, who was allegedly involved in the murder of Gangster who was feared Azharuddin Sheikh aka Kaniyo in the vadodara center prison last year.
Solanki sought guarantees on the grounds that the inspection of Kaniyo’s body revealed that only one sign of an injury was denied the police version that some people had attacked Kaniyo.
Solanki also stated that no murder weapons used to kill gangsters were found from him and he mistakenly implications in this case.
The Solanki guarantee application was opposed by the Supplementary Public Prosecutor in Chavan, who believed that Solanki was both involved, along with other attackers, and he had a criminal anteceden.
The court also noted that during hearing the previous guarantee application, the witnesses had replaced that Solanki together with Sunil Gembong alias Sahil Parmar had attacked Kaniyo and other detainees named Mohsin Khan Pathhan.
The Chief Judge Court of the Minjey Principal enforced Chavan’s argument and also considered the deposition of witnesses to deny guarantees to Soarki.
