New Delhi: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday presented a service medal that contributed to Indian coast guard personnel at the Investiture ceremony held in the National Complex in the National Capital.
Speaking on that occasion, the Minister of Defense said that Indian coast guards began with 4-6 ships and today, with more than 150 ships, and 66 aircraft, he held an important place in the world’s best maritime forces.
Singh further said that the professionalism of Indian coast guards, and the growing nature, instilling trust between statesmen that our national maritime interests are under the supervisor of the Brave Guard who is safe.
Meanwhile, on Friday, Singh extended his greetings to air warriors and their families on the Air Force day and stated that the Indian Air Force (IAF) was steadfast in his ministry to the nation.
“Greetings and warm expectations for all Indian Air Force personnel and their families on the 89th warning of this powerless power.
Proud of our air warriors because of responding to various challenges with gloom and resilience and become steadfast in service to this country,” Singh tweeted.
