Pune: Warje Malwadi Police on Saturday arrested two men and ordered 14 other people about the load brandishing weapons and planned to take a general meeting to celebrate the liberation of criminals in collateral in an attempt to murder from Jerawada Central Jail on Friday.

“The suspects took a dispute with the police on the problem not to allow them to take a rally.

“The suspects, afraid of arresting, took his heels, but the police arrested two men after a short pursuit and took them to the police station.
Duo, as long as it was questioned, told the police that they planned to arrange the great dinner party to celebrate Ukare’s release,” he said.
Khatke said, “The investigation revealed that the suspects created a terrorist government among the local residents and violated the command of the Pune Police that prohibited them from carrying weapons and formed a unlawful assembly.
The suspect’s plan to take the rally was thwarted because of the timely information received by the police,” he said .
FIR related to riots, forming assembly that violates the law and blocks the police from the assignment of the use of the relevant part of the Indian Criminal Code, ARM ACT, Maharashtra Police Law, and the laws of criminal law amendments, he added.
