LONDON: The United States has lost the artificial intelligence battle to China which leads to global domination because of its progress in the ability of cyber that emerged, the former Head of the Pentagon software told the financial period.
Nicolas Chaillan, the first Pentagon software officer who resigned in protest with the slow transformation of technology in the US military, said failure to respond to China put the United States with risk.
“We have no chance of competing battles against China in 15 to 20 years.
At present, it has been an agreement; it has ended in my opinion,” he told FT.
