New Delhi: Australia Star David Warner’s dough on Tuesday claimed that Sunrisers manager Hyderabad did not give him the reason why he was removed from the captain at the beginning of the season.
Warner was replaced by New Zealand KaneArander Kane Williamson as captain SRH during the first half of the IPL in India when the team lay at the bottom after losing five matches.
Changes to the captain did not reverse the fate of SRH because they were finished at the bottom of the IPL point table.
Warner who struggled was removed from playing eleven in the last few matches when a profitable T20 tournament continued in the UAE.
“By greatly respecting the owners, Trevor Baylis, Laxman, Moody and Murali, when a decision was made, it must be a round.
You don’t know who the person is for you and who isn’t,” Warner told ‘India today’.
” Another disappointing thing for me was not explained why I was dropped as captain.
If you want to go along with shape lines, it is a difficult one because, I think whatever you do in the past will have a move forward, you will think.
“The 34-year-old Warner said that he was stripped of the captain was a” difficult pill swallowed “but he wanted to move.
“Especially when you have played around 100 matches for franchising, I think I have four bad matches in the first five matches in Chennai.” It’s hard, pills that are difficult to swallow up.
There are still questions that I think I will never get an answer, but you have to move, “he added.
Australia said that he would be happy to represent SRH again but it wasn’t in his hand.” I would really love to represent the sunset but clearly, The decision with the owner, “he said.” I really enjoyed my time with Sunrisers, you all out there (fans) made it so special.
For us (family).
Hopefully, I will go back there, whether it’s in the SRH uniform or belonging to someone else.
I will salute you all when I return to playing in Hyderabad, “he added.
